The terms, in plain words
- Who it's for.People who post about their dogs, cats, horses or family life, usually with 10,000 to 200,000 followers on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube. We read every application and reply within a week.
- The portrait is a gift.It's yours to keep whether or not you post. If you do post, say what you honestly think.
- Label it as an ad.Any post with your link, or about the gifted portrait, starts with #ad (or uses the platform's paid-partnership label) and mentions that the portrait was a gift. This is what the FTC in the US, the ASA in the UK and the ACCC and AANA code in Australia expect.
- Say how it's made.The portraits are painted by AI from your photo and checked by us. Please don't describe them as hand-painted.
- Commission.20% of the price paid for anything bought through your link (before tax and shipping, after any refund). Your own orders don't count.
- Payment.Monthly, by PayPal or Wise, for sales more than 30 days old, once you've earned US$25 or more. Smaller amounts roll into the next month.
- Fair play.No paid search ads on our name, no coupon sites, no unsolicited messages, and no reviews or claims that aren't your own. We'll pause a link that breaks these.
- Ending it.Either of us can stop at any time by email. Commission already earned is still paid.
- Your details.We use them only to run the Ambassador program and pay you. Photos you send are used only to make your portraits.
