Are the creators real?
We want to be completely clear about this: the Model Citizens creators are AI-generated personas. Their photos, videos and voices are made with AI tools, and they are not real people.
Why we use AI creators
Each creator is built around one speciality, so every product stays focused. It lets us publish consistent, useful content without pretending a single person is an expert in everything.
How the products are made
Our programs and keepsakes are created with the help of AI tools. We review and edit each one before it goes on sale. We base them on widely accepted, practical guidance and keep them easy to follow, but they can contain mistakes, so please tell us if something looks wrong.
Messages and chat
When you message a creator or use the chat on this site, the reply is written with the help of AI. We can read the conversation, and anything about orders, refunds or complaints goes to our team.
What that means for you
- The products are general information, not professional medical, veterinary or financial advice.
- Check with your doctor, vet or adviser before making big changes.
- If anything in a product seems wrong, tell us at hello@meetmodelcitizens.com and we'll look at it.
