Good to know.

Are your creators real people?

No. They're characters we made with AI tools and own, each with the same look and voice every time, and we check every ad before it reaches you. That's why there are no booking, travel or usage fees, and why every ad is labeled as AI.

How is this different from an AI ad tool?

With an AI ad tool you buy credits, write the script, pick the take and redo the ones that look wrong, often with more credits. We do all of that for you: we write the scripts from your product page, you approve them, and we deliver finished, checked videos at a set price per video.

What happens after I pay?

Stripe sends you to your account, where your product link and creator are already filled in if you chose them here. Add anything we must or mustn't say. Your scripts arrive within 24 hours; nothing is filmed until you approve them, and your videos arrive within 72 hours of your yes.

Do I need to send you my product?

No. We work from your product photos and page. If your packaging is unusual, add a few extra photos in your account.

Where can I run the ads?

Anywhere you advertise or post: Meta, TikTok, YouTube, your website and email. You can run them as paid ads or normal posts for as long as you like: the videos are yours to keep. The creators themselves stay ours.

Can I cancel a monthly plan?

Yes, any time, from your account (Manage billing). Your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for. The Ad Pack is one-off and never renews.

What if I don't like the scripts, or a finished ad?

Ask for changes to the scripts before anything is made; that's free. If you don't like a finished ad, we remake it free or refund that ad. Before production starts, you can have a full refund.

Do you have creators for my country and language?

13 American, 4 Australian and 4 British creators, each with a matching accent. Any ad can also be made in Spanish, French, German, Portuguese or Italian for $49 per language per video.

What can't you advertise?

Alcohol, tobacco or vaping, gambling, weapons, adult products, financial or medical treatment claims, or anything aimed at children.
