What happens after I pay?
Stripe takes you to your account. Add your product link and choose a creator (if you picked them on the home page, they're already filled in), plus anything we must or mustn't say. Scripts arrive within 24 hours, and your videos within 72 hours of your yes.
How do I cancel?
From your account: Manage billing, then Cancel. Your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for, and every video you've had is yours to keep. The Ad Pack is one-off and never renews.
Do unused videos roll over?
A monthly plan's videos refresh on your renewal date. If you need more sooner, add an Ad Pack, or move up a plan at any time from your account.
Can I change plans?
Yes, any time, from your account. Stripe works out the difference for the rest of the month.
What if I don't like an ad?
Changes to the scripts are free before anything is made. If you don't like a finished ad, we remake it free or refund that ad. Before production starts, you can have a full refund.
What currency will I pay in?
Prices are in US dollars; Stripe shows the total in your own currency at checkout.
