Privacy policy

This policy explains how Model Citizens Studio ("we") handles information when you use modelcitizensstudio.com, your business account and our services.

What we collect

• Your business account: your email, business name, plan, product links, brand details, the files you upload and the videos and still ads we deliver. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
• Free samples and the hook writer: the product link you paste and, for a sample, your email so we can send it to you.
• Picture Day: the player photos and player list a photographer uploads, and their studio details.
• When you contact us or use the chat: what you send us.
• When you browse: anonymous visit counts (pages viewed, type of device, the site you came from). They can't identify you, and the Studio site sets no advertising cookies.

If we emailed your business about our service, we used the public business contact details on your website. Reply "stop" and we won't email you again.

How we use it

To make and deliver your ads, run your account and billing, answer you, and send the emails you've asked for or that relate to your order. We don't sell your information, and we never use your photos or product details to train AI.

Who helps us

• Higgsfield: makes the pictures and videos from your product details.
• Anthropic (Claude): writes scripts from your product page, checks each finished video's picture, and powers the chat.
• OpenAI: speech-to-text, to check the words in each finished video against your approved script.
• Stripe: payments and the billing page.
• Netlify: our website host, where your account and files are stored.
• Resend: our email provider.

Each one gets only what it needs for that task, and may only use it to provide its service to us.

How long we keep it

Your account, uploads and delivered files stay in your account so you can download them again. Ask us any time and we'll delete them. Picture Day photos and files are deleted 30 days after delivery. We keep billing records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and unsubscribe from emails with the link in every email. Email hello@modelcitizensstudio.com.
