Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Model Citizens Studio (modelcitizensstudio.com), your business account and the services we sell to businesses: UGC video ads, still ads and Picture Day Plus. Model Citizens Studio is run by Model Citizens Group ("we", "us"), based in New South Wales, Australia. By buying from us or using your account, you agree to these terms.

1. What we sell

• Ad Pack: $197 one-off for 5 UGC videos.
• Monthly video plans: Starter $297 a month (10 videos), Growth $597 (25 videos) and Pro $1,197 (60 videos).
• Creative plans: Creative Starter $497 a month (10 videos and 10 still ads), Creative Growth $1,497 (30 and 30) and Creative Scale $2,997 (60 and 60).
• Extra languages: $49 per language per video (Spanish, French, German, Portuguese or Italian). Spanish is included on Creative Growth and Creative Scale.
• Picture Day Plus for sports photographers: pay as you go or a monthly plan, as shown on the Picture Day page.

Prices are in US dollars. Stripe may show and charge the price in your own currency. Plans bought at earlier prices keep their price and allowance.

2. How your ads are made

You send a product link (and a brief, if you like). We write each script only from your product page or brief, and nothing is filmed until you approve it. You can ask for changes to a script before you approve it.

Every video is 15 seconds, with one of our AI creators presenting your product. You get it vertical 9:16, feed 4:5 and square 1:1, with captions burned in (clean, bold or none: you choose when you approve the script), a 9:16 copy without captions for your own edits, and an ad-safe copy with a small "AI creator" label.

Every ad goes through automatic quality checks; any that don't pass are reviewed by our team and remade. The checks cover the creator, your product, every word against the script you approved, and the sound.

Finished videos arrive within 72 hours of your approval, and usually much sooner. The Ad Pack includes one round of changes, and monthly plans include one round per video.

3. Our promise

Don't like a finished ad? We remake it free, or refund that ad. Tell us within 14 days of delivery. The details are in our refund policy.

4. Your monthly videos

A monthly plan's videos refresh at the start of each month. Videos you don't use in a month don't carry over to the next one, and they aren't refunded. There are no credits to buy or top up: one video from your plan is one finished ad. The Ad Pack's videos don't expire.

5. Billing, pausing and canceling

Monthly plans are billed through Stripe every month from the day you start, until you cancel. Open Manage billing in your business account to change your card, see invoices or switch plans.

You can pause a monthly plan for a month from your account. There's no charge while it's paused and no new videos are made; it starts again by itself on the date shown.

Cancel any time from your account. Before you go we show one screen of optional offers, with "No thanks, cancel my plan" on the same screen. Your plan keeps running until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

6. Licence

The videos and still ads you receive are yours to keep: you may use them for paid and organic advertising on any channel, with no time limit, on any plan, including after you cancel. Yours to keep, on any channel, no time limit.

The AI creators themselves (their names, faces and voices) stay ours, so please don't use them to make new content outside our service.

7. AI creators and honest ads

Every presenter in our videos is an AI creator, and every ad carries a small AI label. Our creators introduce and explain your product. They never pose as real customers, give buyer testimonials or claim personal results, and we only use claims from your product page or brief.

When you post, please keep the AI label and the file's built-in AI tags, switch on each platform's AI-content setting, and never present the creator as a real customer. You're responsible for the claims you give us and for following each ad platform's rules.

We don't make ads for alcohol, tobacco or vaping, gambling, weapons, adult products, financial or medical treatment claims, or anything aimed at children.

8. Your materials

You confirm you may use the product photos, logos, names and claims you send us. We use them only to make your ads, and we may decline anything that infringes someone else's rights or breaks these terms.

9. Picture Day Plus

Photographers confirm they took the photos and have each parent or guardian's permission. Photos are used only to make the designs, never posted or used to train AI, and deleted 30 days after delivery. If a design doesn't look like the player, tell us and we redo it free.

10. Our liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or ad spend. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that can't be excluded.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in place when you bought applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia; if you're elsewhere, you keep the protections your own law gives you.
