What happens after I pay?
Stripe takes you to your account. Add your product link and choose a creator (if you picked them on the home page, they're already filled in), plus anything we must or mustn't say. Scripts arrive within 24 hours, and your videos within 72 hours of your yes.
How do I cancel?
From your account: Manage billing, then Cancel. Your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for, and every video you've had is yours to keep. The Ad Pack is one-off and never renews.
Do unused videos roll over?
No. A monthly plan's videos refresh at the start of each month, and videos you don't use in a month don't carry over. There are no credits to buy or top up. If you need more sooner, add an Ad Pack (its videos don't expire), or move up a plan at any time from your account.
Can I pay ahead?
Yes. From your account, choose "Pay ahead" on your plan. You pay 3 months now and get a week of extra videos straight away. You can do it again near the end of the three months.
Can I change plans?
Yes, any time, from your account. Stripe works out the difference for the rest of the month.
What if I don't like an ad?
Changes to the scripts are free before anything is made. If you don't love a finished ad, we remake it free until you do. Before production starts, you can have a full refund.
What currency will I pay in?
Prices are in US dollars; Stripe shows the total in your own currency at checkout.
Can I buy just one ad?
Yes. One 15-second ad is $49, one-off: script written for you, one round of changes, and yours to keep. If you like it, an Ad Pack or a monthly plan brings the price per video down.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. The Agency plan is $997 a month for 60 videos ($16.62 a video). Everything is delivered white-label: no Model Citizens name, logo or watermark in the videos, the file names or the file details, so you can hand them straight to your clients. The only label left in is the AI disclosure the ad platforms ask for. Cancel any time.
